RATE SCHEDULE

Double D Reporting is a stenography-only company

Deposition Page rates:

• $4.75 per page for original set: includes Original Transcript and one copy (for attorney taking the deposition)
• $2.75 per page for certified transcript (for attorney producing the witness)
• NY/NH: $7.50 per page O+2
• NOTE:  If only Original set is ordered and no copy sale, Original Set is billed at $7.50 per page.
• .25 add-on original and copy for expert testimony/videotaped/interpreted depositions
• NOTE:  $350 MINIMUM TRANSCRIPT FEE
• Specialized litigation, hearing, arbitration - call for rates

Normal turnaround is 10-14 business days.

Deposition Appearance Fees:

• $100 half day (up to four hours)
• $200 full day
• $50 add-on per hour after 5 p.m. and holidays
• $100 add-on Videostreaming or Telephonic
• Mileage:  federal rate
• $350 Writing/Sitting fee-No Transcript ordered first two hours, $75/hour thereafter plus $2.50 per page of written testimony not to be discounted if ordered at a later date.
• $350 No show or late cancellation

Electronic Delivery/access:

• $75 Includes Original, condensed and full size pdfs with linked word index and linked exhibits, eTranscript.  

Exhibits: (hard copies )

   .25 per page

Realtime Hookup Fee:

• $2 per hookup

Rough Draft Fee:

• $2 per page each

Expedited Fees:

•  Next-Day – add 100% of base rate
•  Two-Day- add 90% of base rate
• Three-Day – add 80% of base rate
•  Four-Day- add 70% of base
•  Five-Day – add 60% of base
•  Six-Day - add 50% of base

ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO FILE RELEASE/ACCESS. 
Rebilling fees will apply on late payment.
